Men I need your help

Ok guys and ladies too.  I need your help.  A while back I went out and bought the hull of a boat that needs a lot of work and parts.  For some reason my wife doesn't think its the best investment I've ever made.  But I figure if I can get a real estate deal done from someone that says they wanted to give me business so I could afford boat parts, she would have to give in a little.  Sound like a plot... I mean a plan?  The boat in question is  a Vietnam era river patrol boat.  Aka PBR MK2.  So if you are, or know a military vehicle enthusiast, or collector that needs real estate help of some kind in California or Maui send them my way.  Just remember the code words... I'm doing it for the boat project.  Don't worry before you talk to my wife we can practice.  Besides helping out, you will also get extreme real estate service.  It's what we call the win win :)  Anyone else out there ever done a real estate deal through some other wild idea?  Any one out there have a good deal on a 32 foot boat trailer?

Chicks are taking flight

So its been almost three weeks since my pheasant chicks arrived and I started this crazy hobby.  Wow, no idea they would grow so fast and I don't have their permanent home built yet.  I increased their garage home quite a bit.  Enough room for them to move around and even fly!  They were doing that last week.  I put a couple little roosts in for them to get up higher if they want.    Had I known things were going to go this fast I might have thought more carefully about this project.  I put the word out that I needed some wood and have had a few offers on a decent amount so I think that counts as building green.

A different kind of castle...

Just for fun if you are ever around Capitola Labor Day weekend, checkout or participate in the sand castle tournament at the Capitola Main Beach. See link below for some of this years participants. It takes place on the same weekend as the Begonnia festival, so there is lots going on. Don't forget to stop by Gayles Bakery and other fine Capitola establishments. Look aroungd and consider Capitolas real estate too. Where else can you get the small town feel, the beach, and good weather, all in one place. Prices may seem up there, but they aren't making any more land like this.
