Hmmn, the 80 degree temperature may be too much of a shock for you then Gary...  but think how rested and relaxed you would be to come back and start selling houses in 2010.

That just doesn't seem fair that we are slugging along in cold here on the East Coast (and not even the pretty mountains west of Denver) and you have that gorgeous view and location!!!

well to make it a little fairer I'm based in California, San Francisco Bay area so I am not enjoying the 80 degree weather but do have nice views.  In fact it's been cold here all the way into the 30s.  Which I guess you guys don't really classify as cold.
